The massive growth in popularity in the dry Rose category has been phenomenal but hardly surprising. The warm Australian Summer creates perfect conditions for enjoying a chilled dry Rose.
Even though our 2018 Rose was successful, we thought we would “tweak the blend” this year. We blended some Sangiovese run offs (straight juice without skin contact) in with the Shiraz. The result of this is we still get a “Strawberrys & Cream” flavour, but it finishes dry & more savoury.
