This is a great addition to our sparkling range & it is inspired by Damien & Melanie Cofield's youngest daughter, Sarah, who is forever bubbly & vivacious.
Sparkling Sarah is sealed with a crown seal closure to ensure you enjoy the wine at its best. 
Cool primary and secondary ferment to retain fruit freshness is paramount to the style of this wine. 
No time on lees in the bottle yet again allows the primary fruit flavours of the Frontignac to stand out.

Pale Pink with a fine bead 
Aroma
White chocolate aromas with strawberries, soft confectionary and musk.
Palate
Flavours of apple, strawberry and turkish delight. Refreshingly light mouth-feel with good length.
Food Pairing
We suggest serving wih rose petal pana cotta or a fruit and cheese platter.
