THE WINE: This wine displays a dark cherry colour.
The nose shows rich blackberry, cherry and classic pepper spice aromas.
These rich aromas lead to a palate which is beautifully balanced with subtle oak and fine spice, creating a lovely silky finish.

FOOD MATCHES: 
Excellent with barbecued steak with garlic mash potato, or a hearty beef stew.
