Woodpark Cabernet Sauvignon (King Valley) 2014

Colour: Deep red with purple hues.

Nose: Blackcurrant, herbaceous, spice.

Palate: Powerful and rich, with cassis and slight mocha characters. Very approachable will well integrated tannins.

This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from selected hand picked fruit on the Wood Park home vineyard at Kneebone’s Gap. The 2014 vintage has seen some stunning reds across the valley with a warm and dry summer providing for full ripening and flavour concentration.

This wine has had an extended oak maturation for 24 months in French Oak barriques which has added to it’s depth and complexity and will develop brilliantly in the cellar.
