Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with those affected by novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) here in Wangaratta, Australia & around the world.
To get a bit serious for a second, nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our staff and community.
Wangaratta has a high % of elderly, these beautiful members of our community have kept our Vine alive this past century. It is our highest priority to protect & support them through this tough time.
We will be introducing a new food service which will include charity meals to support our elderly friends. (Nominations will open shortly)
In light of COVID-19, we’ve introduced some new rules to our already top-notch hygiene procedures - a few little changes mean we can keep cooking up the food you love, and you can have confidence that we’re doing it safely and responsibly.
As the impact of this situation grows in our community, we would like to update you on the steps that we’re taking to keep our customers, staff & community safe.
At the Vine, nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our customers and our family within the community.
In our kitchen, we are putting a great deal of emphasis on the procedures that support our high standards in the areas of cleanliness and health.
Some of the most important areas of focus are ensuring that our excellent handwashing practices are rigorously followed, strictly requiring staff who don’t feel well to stay home from work, and frequently disinfecting commonly touched surfaces in all areas of our kitchen.
For our vulnerable customers who are unable to drive, we will be making every effort to deliver their takeout orders to their home.
